Things about myself and the aim for this cafe, I'm originally a A La Carte Chef, the last 25 yrs I've been a chef working from low rank to higher rank jobs. From the last 25 yrs of experience and have work as a Head Chef, Chef and a Cook. Have worked from countryside to outback and in modern cooking styles. All my cooking uses the best products that I can find and try not use any process food although is bad for human consumption. The aiming of this cafe is to bring out my skills, is not about what I can do and is about what people would like to enjoy on.
I specialize on many cuisines from, outback, Asian, French, Italian, and many many more. But of course this is an old fashion fish and burger shop and I'm bloody good at it !!!
